The property will reflect the hotel brand’s approach to celebrating the colours, textures and history of its surroundings through everything from dining to design. Its downtown location promises to make it an ideal base for business and leisure travellers alike. The hotel will rise up to 17 storeys high and comprise 218 guestrooms, a neighbourhood restaurant and bar, a business centre and fitness space. This hotel will be ideally situated among many major attractions to the area, and guests will be pleased with the changes to the entire development that are underway.” Transformation of a heritage site
